How we handle the details you give us.

Who we are

This site is run by FRET Systems, a business that builds software for real estate sales agencies. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means FRET Systems. If you want to reach a real person here, email hello@fretsystems.com.

What we collect, and only what you give us

We do not run any analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts on this site. We do not put a cookie on your computer. If you simply browse the site, we do not know you were here.

The only information we hold about you is what you type into a form or send us in an email. Specifically, when you fill in the discovery call form, we ask for:

• Your name.
• Your agency's name.
• Your role at the agency.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address.
• Optionally, one sentence about a job on your team's plate that shouldn't be.

That is the whole list.

Why we use it

We use these details for one thing only: to call you back, have a proper conversation, and figure out whether working together makes sense. If we agree to keep talking, we may email or phone you again to arrange the next step. That is it.

We do not use your details to send marketing, we do not put you on a newsletter, and we do not pass your name to anyone else.

Where your information sits

Your form submission is stored in a secure database that we run ourselves, and a copy is sent by email to the FRET team so a real person can pick it up quickly. The database and the email service are both hosted with reputable providers based in the UK or the European Union, and both use industry-standard encryption.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, we keep your details for as long as you are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records and legal reasons.

If we do not end up working together, we delete your details within twelve months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details.
• Ask us to stop using your details for a particular purpose.

To do any of the above, email hello@fretsystems.com. We will respond within one working month, usually much sooner. There is no charge.

If you feel we have not handled your details properly, you can complain to the UK's data regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk. We would always prefer you tell us first so we can put things right.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. We do not run any tracking or analytics. If that changes in future, this page will change first, and we will ask for your permission before setting anything on your device.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, if the change is significant, we will let existing customers know by email. The current version always lives at this address.
