The rules for using this website.
Short version. This site tells you about FRET Systems and lets you get in touch. Everything on it is here in good faith, but nothing on it is a legal offer or a contract. Real agreements happen in a separate signed document.
Who these terms are with
This website is run by FRET Systems, a business that builds software for real estate sales agencies. When these terms say "we" or "us" they mean FRET Systems. When they say "you" they mean anyone visiting or using this site.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This site exists to describe what FRET Systems does, help you decide whether it might fit your agency, and let you get in touch. It is a shop window, not a shop. You cannot buy anything from it directly and no service is delivered through it.
Nothing here is a legal offer
Everything written on this site, including any figures, timelines, examples of what our software does, and any wording about pricing, is provided as general information. It does not create a contract and it does not commit either side to anything.
If we agree to work together, we will do that through a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That agreement, not this website, is what governs the actual work.
Getting in touch through the form
When you fill in the discovery call form, you are asking us to contact you. You are not signing up to anything and you are not committing to any purchase. We will call you back, have a proper conversation, and both sides decide from there.
How we handle the details you give us is set out in our privacy policy.
Content and copyright
The text, layout, images, logo, and design of this site belong to FRET Systems. You are welcome to read them, print a page for your own reference, or share a link with a colleague. You are not allowed to copy the content wholesale, republish it on another site, or use the FRET Systems name and logo to describe your own business.
If you would like to quote anything from the site in an article or presentation, email hello@fretsystems.com and we will almost certainly say yes.
Links to other sites
This site may contain links to other websites, for example the UK regulator's site. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may change or take down parts of it without notice.
Liability
The information on this site is provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee it is complete or free from mistakes. Do not rely on anything here alone when making a business decision. If we are going to make a specific commitment to you, we will put it in writing in a signed agreement.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of using or relying on this website, other than losses caused by our own fraud or serious wrongdoing.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this address.
